Wireless Communication Networks and Multimedia Research Centre (WCNMRC) was established in 2004.
The main objective of the Centre is to become an internationally recognised, state-of-the-art research and education centre at all levels of higher education in the area of Wireless Communication Systems: High Performance Algorithm Analysis and Design, Antenna/Radio-Frequency Circuit design, Mobile Computing Middleware and Network Protocol Design, Multimedia Systems, and Parallel Scientific Computing.
