Workpackage 6

This workpackage is dedicated to Project Management activities. The Project Coordinator has the overall responsibility for the execution of the project and as a contact person is responsible for reporting research, financial and administrative activities of the project to the European Commission. The project director guarantees the coordination of technical and organisational issues arising from the everyday work activities of the project such as scheduling the activities of workpackages to avoid the overlaps in operational time schedule of instruments or dealing with specific issues, or problems emerging during the project development and implementation. There will be standard 12 month project progress report submissions to the commission, including progress reports from all workpackages as its annexes, and one final activity report.
